- Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Services without our prior written permission.

Welcome to Naranjo Company Corporation. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.naranjocompany.com, our vendor application portal at nardex.naranjocompany.com/vendors/apply, our engineer portals, and any related services we operate (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Vendor Network Applications
Field-service technicians and companies may apply to join the Naranjo Company vendor network through our signup portal. Submitting an application does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship with Naranjo Company. Applications are evaluated by our operations team, and we make no guarantee of acceptance, work volume, or work assignment.
By submitting an application you represent that all information you provide is true and accurate, and you agree to keep it up to date. You agree that we may share operational information about you — for example your name, business phone number, and coverage area — with the client whose site is being serviced when we assign you to a work order, solely so the client can coordinate the on-site engagement, as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers you provide as part of our SMS program, and any SMS opt-in status or consent data, are not shared with clients, partner marketplaces, affiliates, or any other third party for marketing or any other purpose.
Contracted work performed through the Services is governed by the assignment terms specific to each work order, which may be delivered through our platform or through a partner marketplace (such as WorkMarket or Field Nation). Where those assignment terms conflict with these Terms of Use, the assignment terms control for the specific engagement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Services — including text, images, logos, graphics, software, workflows, and platform designs — is owned by Naranjo Company Corporation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Services and Content
Descriptions of our services and any documentation, timelines, or estimates provided through the Services are informational and subject to change without notice. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Services, and we are not liable for any decision made in reliance on it.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. SMS and Text Message Consent
If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS opt-in box on our vendor signup portal or engineer platform, you consent to receive operational SMS from Naranjo Company Corporation about work orders assigned to you and applications you have submitted. Messages are event-triggered — including assignment confirmations, appointment reminders, arrival updates, new-message notifications, and payment confirmations — and are not marketing communications.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information sharing described elsewhere in these Terms or in our Privacy Policy, and will not be shared with any third parties, including clients, partner marketplaces, or affiliates.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies by assignment activity. Naranjo Company does not charge a separate fee for SMS.
Opt-out. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. We honor STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You may also revoke consent by unchecking the SMS box in your profile or by emailing service@naranjocompany.com. Reply HELP to receive support contact information.
The complete SMS program description — including the exact consent language shown at signup, message types, keyword handling, data sharing with Twilio, and how consent records are retained — is set out in Section 4 of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naranjo Company Corporation and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites and platforms, including partner marketplaces we route work orders through (such as WorkMarket and Field Nation) and third-party service providers we rely on to deliver the Services (such as Twilio Inc. for SMS delivery). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site or service, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by discontinuing use and, for the vendor network, by requesting removal at service@naranjocompany.com. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Section 4, Section 6, Section 7, Section 8, and Section 12) will survive.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. When a change materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email or through the Services before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Services after an updated version is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
